We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Otto's Corner Store ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
